Users Instruction :- Place at the back and lay flat, close straps from back to front over tummy, extend straps-one over left shoulder and another over right shoulder, hold straps, slide through buckles and pull gently and secure contact closures to desired tension

Care :- Remove any metal stays if possible, close all contact closures and hand wash in warm water with mild soap, air-dried.
